End Of Lease & Bond Cleaning

I understand that bond cleans are quoted based on the information provided. Additional charges may apply if the property’s condition differs significantly upon arrival.

I understand a booking deposit is required to secure my appointment.

I have read and agree to the cancellation policy. I understand that bond clean bookings require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows or failure to provide access at the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% service fee.
